The Greatest Missed Opportunity in History: After the 9/11 attacks, the United States perhaps was in a position to reorder the world against the terrorist threat, cooperating with other nations to truly change history. Instead, the US embarked on a go-it-alone strategy, turning down other nations offers of assistance, then pursuing an unnecessary war that further lessened other nations view of America. The result? Two years later, nations where 90% of people once supported the US now have only 10% of their population backing America. Despite all the other mistakes and lies of the Bush Administration, this one stands above all, and will only become worse as history shows how large the missed opportunity was -

Look Who's Running for President: The Washington Post had quite a front-pager today saying that the Dean and Clark camps were in negotiations about joining forces, but upon closer examination, it appears to be just one of a series of conversations that the retired 4 star general and the Democratic front runner have had recently, and of course Dean asked for Clark's backing if he decides not to run -

Look Who's Running for President 2: September 19 is the day that Clark will likely announce whether or not he will run for President, though he may decide before. Right now it looks about 60/40 in favor -

The Have's and the Have Not's: In Camden County, NJ, home to a dominant Democratic machine, the local Democratic party had a seafood diner at a local country club, complete with Kelly Ripa (of Regis and Kelly fame), the daughter of one of the local candidates this year. The GOP had an $8.50 fundraiser with fish sticks that ran out, and only reporters showed up -
